How can I pay?
At PyroProducts you can pay with various payment methods, including iDEAL, Bancontact, KBC/CBC, Belfius, Klarna and Sofort. In addition, the international credit cards Visa, Mastercard, American Express and PayPal are also accepted.
What is your delivery time?
Order on weekdays before 23:00? Then you will have your order in the Netherlands the next day.
For Belgium the delivery time is 1-2 working days. And for Germany 2 working days.
For other EU countries this varies from 2 to 5 working days.
What are the costs of shipping?
Netherlands: Free shipping
Belgium: Free shipping
Germany: Free shipping
Austria: The costs are €6.95, from €75 shipping is free.
Denmark: The costs are €6.95, from €75 shipping is free.
Italy: The costs are €7.95, from €75 shipping is free.
Spain: The costs are €7.95, from €75 shipping is free.

Will I receive a confirmation when my order has been shipped?
We will send you an order confirmation within one hour. If something has gone wrong, please feel free to contact our customer service. We are happy to assist you further. Also, always check your spam folder.
What do you understand by satisfaction guarantee?

Can I cancel an order?
Canceling an order is not immediately possible. This is because our orders may already be processed in the warehouse. Do you want to cancel your order? Then please contact our customer service.
How can I return an order?
You can register your order for return with us up to 30 days after receipt. After registration, you have 14 days to send the product back. Return costs are at your own expense.
The product must be returned in its original condition, undamaged and – if possible – in the original packaging. In case of signs of use or damage, a depreciation may be deducted.
