Frequently asked questions
If you are not at home, the delivery person will try to leave the package with your neighbors. If that is not possible, the package will be taken to the nearest pickup point. You will receive a notification about this from PostNL or DHL.
Did you enter the wrong address? Please contact us as soon as possible at info@pyroproducts.nl. If your package has not yet been shipped, we can change the address.
Sorry to hear that. Please take photos of the damage and email them to info@pyroproducts.nl. We will provide a suitable solution, usually a replacement product or a refund.
No, we only ship on weekdays (Monday through Friday). An order placed after the cutoff on Friday will be shipped the following Monday.
No shipments are made on national holidays. Your order will be sent out on the next working day.
As soon as your package has been shipped, you will receive a track & trace link by email. Through this link, you can see in real time where your package is and when it will be delivered.
