Delivery times

Netherlands: Will you place your order with us before 11 p.m.? We will then ship it the same day and your order will be delivered the next day! (Monday to Friday) Ordered on Saturday & Sunday? = Delivered on Tuesday.

Belgium: Ordered before 7:00 PM = delivered the next day! (No delivery on weekends)

Germany:A shipment to Germany takes 1-2 working days.
Austria:2-3 working days
Other EU countries:2-5 working days (check it out on the checkout page)

Unfortunately, postal services may be delayed. Once you have received the track and trace, the responsibility lies with the postal services. We apologize if there are any delays, but we ask for your patience. If a shipment takes longer than 1 week (or 72 hours within the Netherlands), please contact our customer service.

Postage costs

Netherlands: The costs are €2.95, shipping is free from €30.
Belgium:The costs are €4.95, shipping is free from €30.
Germany:The costs are €4.95, from €50 shipping is free.
Austria:The costs are €6.95, from €75 shipping is free.
Denmark :The costs are €6.95, from €75 shipping is free.
Italy: The costs are €7.95, from €75 shipping is free.
Spain: The costs are €7.95, shipping is free from €75.
Portugal: The costs are €7.95, shipping is free from €75.
Poland: The costs are €6.95, shipping is free from €75.

Every online store has to reimburse shipping costs. Our products are therefore not included in shipping costs, so you do not pay twice if you order multiple products. This has been deliberately chosen so that the customer can order multiple products with one-off shipping costs. 

What do we do with the shipping costs?
It goes without saying that shipping is not free. We use your shipping costs to keep ourshipping speedhigh. We use aprofessional teamwho work hard every working day to ship orders from our warehouse. This allows us to give you as a customer the opportunity to order until 11 p.m. (in the Netherlands) and have it delivered the next day. And so we also have close cooperation with other European postal services to keep speeds high.

Track and Trace
All our shipments are linked to a Track and Trace code. You will receive this by email after your order has been packed. It may take a while before your tracking code is active. (maximum 24 hours) You can enter the Track and Trace code on the pages of the indicated carrier.
